1. Returns

1.1 We value every order we send. We expect our clients to feel completely supported throughout their entire UK Bed World journey, covering returns and refunds.
1.2 UK Bed World provides a 14-day money-back guarantee – from the day that you receive the goods. However, there are certain conditions.
  • The goods must be in their original packaging.
  • The item must not be assembled (unless in the case of a faulty or incorrect item).
  • The items must be returned unused and in their original condition. If the item is defective or incorrect then the buyer will have to send proof of this via clear images for us to verify that the item is damaged or incorrect.
  • Items that have been damaged by yourselves or from the incorrect use of the item, will breach your warranty and we shall not replace the items
1.3 We will not be liable for and accept return of items such as, but not limited to
  • Custom made furniture according to your specifications unless there is a fault, or the measurements are correct.
    Mattresses that have been unpacked and/or slept on unless it is faulty. This is because of hygiene reasons it cannot be sold to anyone else. Please keep the plastic packaging on the mattress if you think you may need to return it.
    Goods that are faulty due to normal wear and use, consumer damage, carelessness, or damage caused by a third party.
1.4 Please contact our customer service team within 14 days of delivery if you have discovered that your custom-made furniture is faulty.
1.5 For requesting a return please contact our customer service team through phone or email.
1.6 Without a formal collection note provided by the Seller, the Seller’s drivers or carriers working on his behalf cannot accept the return of goods.

2. Refunds

2.1 We will usually refund any money received from you using the same method originally used by you to pay for your purchase.
2.2 Refunds will not be issued before the collection of the goods.
2.3 With all returns, once the collection has been arranged and we have received and verified the reason for the return, and the packaging if applicable, we will refund the value of the goods. Please allow 14 days for us to do this.

3. Cancellations

3.1 Should you change your mind about your purchase we have a 48-hour cooling off period in which you can cancel your order, we will need written or verbal communication from you within this time to cancel.
