Delivery information

1. Free Delivery Service

UK Bed World offers a free delivery service to Mainland UK in consideration of the payment of the price by the customer to the UK bed World.
With every purchase you make with us, we will contact you to arrange a delivery date once your furniture is completed. It is important that you are available at the time of delivery.
Please note that storage charges may apply if you delay dispatch once your order is complete in production.
All dates quoted or provided by the company for delivery are approximate only and although the company will try its best to deliver the furniture in the slotted time allocated by the company to the customer.
The company will not be held liable for failure to supply or deliver goods by any given date or dates.

2. Delivery Address

Every order that you place with us, will be delivered directly to your door. The customer must make sure that adequate access is available to the location to allow UK Bed World to deliver the goods.
If there is no adequate access, the company will deliver the goods to the closest point of accessibility as decided by the company at its sole discretion.
If there are any restrictions to access the delivery address, it is your responsibility to notify us, and provide the necessary information.

3. Your responsibility

Once the goods have been delivered, the customer is recommended to carefully examine the item to ensure that the item does not have any defects or faults.
If the customer finds any defects, faults or the goods are not the correct size, then the customer must notify the company within 48 hours from when the item was delivered. If the company is not notified within this period, then the company will not be held liable for.

4. Not available at the time of delivery.

If the customer is not available at the time of the delivery, and is unable to accept delivery, then the customer must notify UK Bed World through email or phone where the customer would prefer the command to leave the delivery unattended.
However, you must note that in this situation, any damages, missing items and stolen products will not be refunded or exchanged or refunded.

5. Change of Delivery

We understand that there may be situations beyond your control, which may result in you changing your delivery date. You will have to contact our customer service team if this occurs.
To arrange a redelivery, if the company has already attempted to deliver the goods, there will be a minimum delivery charge of £45.
